Shipping Rates & Methods

A question many customers have is, “how much will shipping cost?”. We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 within Continental U.S. If you order is below $100, for exact shipping costs, add the product(s) to your cart and enter your zip code. Below is a breakdown of our most popular shipping options.

Standard shipping

We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another common carrier that provides insurance and tracking. Shipments some times need to be signed for, while shipments can also be left at the driver’s discretion. Standard Ground Shipping delivery time is 5-7 business days. Shipment times are average, and remote locations, shipments during the winter holiday season, and cases of extreme weather may exceed the estimated shipment times.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, due to varying availability and shipping locations. We might charge extra shipping for split shipments. It will be calculated in the shopping cart.

We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase. However, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

Estimated Shipment Times

If your order is received before noon Eastern Time, you can expect items specifically marked as IN STOCK on the product page to ship within 2 business days.

During holidays, any orders received will not be processed until the next business day. Items not specifically marked as IN STOCK are either out of stock or located in a warehouse that doesn’t provide a live inventory feed. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us to see if your products will ship in a suitable time frame.

Where can I have my order shipped?

We ship anywhere within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. If you have an APO/FPO/DPO* address, send an email to [email protected] or call us at 267.712.9211 to place and order and obtain a custom shipping quote. We’re currently do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping & Order Confirmations

Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email when your order has been completed and shipped. It should include the shipping carrier name and tracking number. Please save these email invoices for your records.

Shipping Backorders

At MedicalGrace.com, we have an extensive selection of Medical Equipment and Supplies. We have a “never out” policy. We keep a steady inventory at any given time which is ready to ship. It is unlikely that your desired product will not be available, however, if this may happen, you will be notified by email or by phone with the option to cancel the item or replace it.
