                  We accept major Credit Cards and PayPal as payment for orders.




Our current payment processing company is PayPal. Purchase can be conveniently completed by just logging into PayPal account. We accept major Credit Cards. Proceed to payment with PayPal and choose to pay with Credit/Debit Card. Paypal account is not required. This provides extra security to you transaction.

MedicalGrace.com does not collect any data pertaining your payment information.


In the event that product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, MedicalGrace.com has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. You will be notified if a pricing discrepancy occurs.

Order Errors, Lost or Damaged Merchandise

It is your responsibility to notify us of any discrepancies with an order within 48 hours of receipt of goods or our packing slip will be valid and payment required as indicated.

Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies.


Warranty for any product is provided by the manufacturer. MedicalGrace.com is not a provider of product warranty of any type.


We are extremely confident that our quality medical products will meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you are not entirely content for any reason, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of shipment and must be in the original condition and packaging or they will be rejected. Some items are used for hygienic purposes and cannot be accepted for returns.

Please contact us and notify us of your intent to return the product. Please provide us with your order number and tracking information on the item being shipped back to us. We will provide you with R.A. number and the address of our nearest return center. Additional return setting might be applied for selected products.

Our restocking fee is 15% or $25.00 whichever is greater. All shipments must be returned prepaid freight with the R.A. number on the outside of the carton. Please be sure to use a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery and credit to account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If goods are returned without authorization they will be refused.

If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery.

After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition of the returned item(s).

A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 30 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

Any tag(s) must not be removed. On many items, this is a security feature we use to verify the authenticity of the item. We cannot accept items whose tags have been removed or tampered with.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.

The original invoice and tracking number must accompany the returned item.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless there was an error on our part.

We reserve the right to retroactively void any promotional discount offer (order with discount code) and charge you the difference between the full price and promotional discounted price if any non-discounted order is returned within 30 days of the date of order on which a promotional discount was applied.
